RAURA initiative in Kenya for widows

We started up our RAURA project with Widows that have disabled children in Nairobi during February this year.  The experience so far is that the children after eating the living bread becomes more physically active and the women are extremely inspired by seeing their children positive response to involving the living bread in their diet.

Officials from the ministry of agriculture visited our living Bread workshop for the women  held by Simon Kerandi in early March   and they got so inspired that they promised to support our project with the ingredients for the Living Bread.

We have raised money  from  Lions Clubs  in Sweden so that we now can train the widow group and support them with dehydrators and solardryers.

The living bread and sproutmix alternatives are extremely good for helping people to recover from different diseases. Your food should be your medicine is a well known knowledge known already from the time for introduction of the Ayrveda era in India more than 5000 years ago.

The RARA initiative was presented for 3500 headteachers from all over Kenya at a Conference in Mombasa in early December last year and created a huge interest. Many schools in Nairobi have already showed their interest in joining our RAURA - initiative. so we are preparing to .

We are now trying to raise funds for involving the schools in our RAURA initiative with some of the widows as assisting trainees. in living bread baking
